Monika Szczerbińska

Monika is a psychology student whose heart was stolen by illustration. Since childhood, she’s been interested in photography and film, but when she immersed herself in the world of colors, textures, and brushes, she knew illustration was the one! In her work, she enjoys portraying cute animals and familiar elements of everyday life – but with a playful, whimsical twist. Monika mainly creates on her trusty tablet, though she loves using certain tricks that make her drawings look like they were made with colored pencils. Mushrooms appear frequently in her illustrations – a reflection of her longing for autumn and mushroom picking, when she would gladly spend every day in the forest.
